Nashville retains no money on the deal so I like that deal for them as well since they clearly wanted to free up space

TOR, more or less, has an agreement in place with Kasperi Kapanen on an extension. Not expected to be formalized until TOR cap (Marner) situation clarified. It will be a 3 year deal with an AAV in the $3.2M to $3.4M range.

Great move for the Canes....they can afford the hit and get a possible 1st in a deeper draft next season but Dubas back seemed to be against the wall
